A method built from a bigger question.
What happens after insight? NeuroSoul began with the recognition that accurately seeing a pattern is only the beginning. Sustainable change asks for language, agency, practice, structure and a way to turn understanding into a different life.

A life built across business, media, spiritual study and human transformation.
Kamela Hurley’s work did not begin inside a single coaching school or spiritual tradition. Her perspective was formed across entrepreneurship, media, private client work, creative practice, spiritual apprenticeship and years of studying how people make meaning from what happens to them.
She has built and operated multi-six-figure product- and service-based businesses; appeared on QVC and MSNBC; and had her business featured on Good Morning America and in Life & Style Magazine. She also won a Shopify pitch competition that led to additional placement and visibility for her work, and her products have been presented to the team behind Poosh, Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle platform.
Alongside business, Kamela’s spiritual development began early. In her twenties she worked with a Catholic mystic, studied with Vedic philosophers, and later continued learning through shamanic traditions, Turkish energy-healing practices and other contemplative and intuitive disciplines.
Her own intuitive practice has included mediumship, channeling, remote viewing, intuitive bodywork and other forms of perception-based work. She brings those experiences into NeuroSoul with an emphasis on discernment, language, scope and responsible practice rather than certainty or dogma.
Again and again, the same question emerged: insight can be profound—but what actually helps a person change? NeuroSoul grew from that gap, the space between seeing and becoming.
An uncommon range of lived experience.
NeuroSoul is not built from one modality. It reflects a cross-disciplinary body of experience spanning entrepreneurship, public communication, spiritual study, endurance, client work and intuitive practice.
Questions that create movement
Helping people move from automatic interpretation toward greater awareness, agency, choice and action.
The language beneath the conscious story
Experience with guided inner work informs NeuroSoul’s attention to meaning, memory, identity and the stories people organize their lives around.
Embodied attention and regulation
Training in Reiki and energy-based practices informs an appreciation for embodiment, presence and the client’s subjective experience without presenting those practices as medical treatment.
The person inside a larger system
An integrative health coaching lens contributes attention to behavior, environment, routines and the practical structures that make change easier—or harder—to sustain.
Perception with discernment
Years of intuitive work inform how NeuroSoul approaches pattern recognition, symbolism and meaning while distinguishing perception from certainty.
Ideas that survive contact with the real world
Building multi-six-figure businesses, pitching, selling, communicating publicly and navigating growth inform the Institute’s emphasis on economic agency, professional identity and turning knowledge into viable work.
Learning to make ideas legible
Appearances on QVC and MSNBC, features on Good Morning America and in Life & Style Magazine, national business exposure and brand partnerships strengthened Kamela’s conviction that meaningful work also requires clear language, visibility and the ability to communicate an idea under pressure.
Transformation is also practiced
Completing the New York City Marathon is one expression of a principle that runs through NeuroSoul: insight matters, but identity is also shaped through repetition, challenge, commitment and lived experience.
Ancient wisdom for a more human future.
The Institute is interested in the questions that sit between established disciplines: intuition and evidence, consciousness and behavior, personal meaning and social systems, spiritual experience and practical change.
The aim is not to force those questions into false certainty. It is to examine them with curiosity, discernment and enough structure to make the work useful.
Inquire. Interpret. Connect. Empower.
We do not need to flatten mystery into certainty to work with it. Nor do we need to abandon rigor to make room for dimensions of human experience that are difficult to measure.
NeuroSoul distinguishes what is established, what is interpretive and what remains an open question—because intellectual honesty is part of professional responsibility.
Experience is not the same as authority. Integration is.
Kamela’s work is shaped by what she has built, studied, practiced, endured and observed across very different worlds. NeuroSoul is the attempt to integrate those experiences into something teachable without pretending that one tradition, one credential or one worldview explains the whole person.
The deeper goal is agency. Students are not being trained to imitate Kamela or inherit her beliefs. They are being trained to think, inquire, practice, discern and develop professional judgment of their own.
Depth without dogma.
Intuition without vagueness. Practice without pretense. Beauty without using aesthetics as a substitute for substance.
The aim is a modern professional education that can hold complexity without pretending that coaching is therapy, intuition is diagnosis or one method can explain every person.
