Frequently Asked Questions

The questions you should ask before you invest.

NeuroSoul Coach Certification is designed to be taken seriously. These answers cover fit, career change, professional use, scope, training expectations and what happens next.

No specific age is required to begin this work. In fact, lived experience can be useful in coaching when it is paired with training, discernment and professional boundaries. The more useful question is whether you are genuinely ready to learn, practice and build a new professional chapter.
No. The program is designed for both career changers and existing practitioners. Previous coaching experience can help, but it is not a prerequisite. Readiness to learn, practice, receive feedback and work within appropriate scope matters more.
That may indicate natural helping ability, but natural ability and professional practice are not the same thing. NeuroSoul is designed to add methodology, language, boundaries, client process and responsible scope to abilities you may already use informally.
Yes, in many cases. Existing coaches, wellness practitioners, intuitives, educators and other non-clinical practitioners may use NeuroSoul as an additional framework within their own lawful professional scope. The training does not override the rules, licenses or ethical obligations attached to any other profession you hold.
The emphasis is on a coherent methodology, practitioner formation, ethical scope, live learning, applied practice and the ability to translate intuitive pattern recognition into clear professional work. The aim is not simply to consume content, but to develop judgment and a repeatable way of facilitating change.
The Institute makes room for intuition, meaning, symbolism and spiritual inquiry while distinguishing those forms of knowing from clinical or scientific claims. The posture is integrative and discerning rather than dogmatic.
No. NeuroSoul Coach training is non-clinical coaching education. It does not diagnose, treat or replace licensed medical or mental health care, and it does not confer a regulated healthcare license. Students are trained to use clear scope language, informed consent, referral and responsible boundaries.
Certification indicates that you have completed the Institute’s training requirements in the NeuroSoul methodology. It is an independent NeuroSoul Institute credential; it does not confer ICF accreditation or an ICF credential. It can support your work as a non-clinical coach or complement an existing practice, subject to the laws and professional rules where you live. It does not authorize regulated medical, mental-health or other licensed services.
The flagship Coach Certification is a 78-hour curriculum with 30 live hours planned within the total. The separate Professional Track is 68 hours, self-paced, with no live sessions and no certification. The exact weekly schedule, cohort calendar and expected outside work are provided before enrollment so you can decide whether the timing is realistic for your life.
No. The Professional Track gives you the full 68-hour professional curriculum to study independently at your own pace, without live sessions or founder feedback. It is designed for coaches and professionals who want the method itself and do not need a credential. Certification is awarded only through the flagship Coach Certification.
Live participation and practice are meaningful parts of the program, so applicants should expect to prioritize attendance. The specific attendance, recording and make-up policies for each cohort are confirmed before enrollment rather than assumed.
For the flagship NeuroSoul Coach Certification, choose one payment of $9,997 USD, 6 monthly payments of $1,799 ($10,794 USD total), or 12 monthly payments of $997 ($11,964 USD total). Pay in Full has the lowest total cost; the 12-payment plan has the Lowest Monthly Payment. Installment plans are fixed commitments toward the full program tuition. Review the billing schedule and enrollment agreement before paying. Separate programs retain their own pricing.
The certification includes professional identity, offer design and business formation because learning how to communicate and structure your work matters. Some graduates may choose to build a paid coaching practice or integrate NeuroSoul into existing work. Results depend on many factors, including skill, market, positioning, effort and execution, so certification does not guarantee clients or income.
No. The training includes business formation and professional positioning, but no educational program can guarantee clients, revenue or career outcomes.
Start with the Coach Potential Assessment. It is designed to distinguish early curiosity from stronger professional intention and direct you toward the most useful next step. The assessment is optional. For Coach Certification, review the curriculum, schedule and enrollment terms, then enroll directly through Kajabi; no application is required.
No. Coach Certification offers direct enrollment through the secure Kajabi checkout. Choose your payment option and review the enrollment terms before completing your purchase. The separate Professional Track retains its existing application process.
